Job Description
1. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales department to conduct market research, and develop ideas for new product development.
2. Analyze and collect information about products on the market and competitive products to propose new product development, optimize design, and cost of alternative materials to reduce product cost.
3. Plan goals and design detailed projects.
4. Conduct sample testing and trial production to improve and perfect product quality
5. Draft related documents on product development including: Standards, raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, technological processes and equipment parameters, work instructions, etc.
6. Coordinate with the business development department in B2C product market development projects.
7. Report to work and perform other responsibilities as assigned by the RD Manager.
Job Requirements
1. Graduated from mechanical engineering or industrial design, have experience in designing industrial products or molds,
2. Proficient in 3D/2D Pro Creo, Autocad drawing and good reading and understanding of technical drawings.
3. Proficient in Microsoft office.
4. Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of research and development of plastic products or plastic injection molds.
5. Good English communication, good reading and understanding of English technical documents,
6. Have a shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City to the factory.
